Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at BeautiCafé   By Samantha Olivia. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a flat rate charge of $25. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

Late Arrival Policy

We request that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork as well as answer intake questions your therapist may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment, however we ask that you call to inform us if this occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so often times we cannot exceed that reserved time without causing the next client to be late.

lnappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to our massages whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation or request otherwise will result in immediate terrnination of your session and refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the extent of your behavior exhibited, we may file a police report with the local authorities if necessary. Please treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.


Groupons

 Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Appointment required. Merchant’s standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed the price paid for the voucher). Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift. Limit 1 per visit. Valid only for option purchased. All goods or services must be used by the same person. THE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE FREE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services. 


We honor all Groupons, but if they are expired, we will still honor its value. However, the remaining  value of the service is due. (For Example, if the Service is $65.00 and the Value of the Groupon is $35.00 the amount due is $30.00.)
